SHIPPING POLICY
Order Confirmation
As customer place order they will receive an order confirmation mail in there register ID. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As we receive your order we will automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for instant shipment. If you don’t receive tracking information from us within the next 7 business days of your order feel free to follow up. However, King’s Auto Part takes no responsibility for the delay of shipping by carrier or actual yard. Cancellation & Refund of orders will only be processed if the part is not delivered even after 30 days of placing the order.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock then we will process the shipping charge and same will ship within ten business days from the date of order. We will send you tracking information within 24–48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the registered mail ID or the mail address your provide when checking out. If you don’t receive tracking information from us within ten business days of your order feel free to follow up.
Damages
Request you to examine the delivered packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage/loss you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please click and send photos to us will process replacement or refund. Please refer our Refund Policy for more information on refunds.
